Not a UMG release, but a WMG one, check the wording on the top-right of the label circumference. As far as I can tell, all the recordings by British artists on Liberty and United Artists went to Parlophone/Warner in the EMI breakup, whereas the US artists releases stayed with Capitol/Universal. Presumably Universal owns the Liberty name and trademark, hence the use of Parlophone on this.
reissue is on the original philips licence uk liberty label cat#, in the original philips licence uk liberty label colours, lacking only the logo, to be a proper facsimile reissue; thank ghu that wmg/£phone didn't include any elsewise unobtainable tracks on this vinyl records store day release. . .
