 PhilMH - Many thanks for the info. This would explain why the outer sleeve has "Manufactured & Distributed in USA by Polygram".

 This was made in Holland for US release. The Decca name still couldn't be used in the Americas and Far East in the early 80's, because MCA, Inc. owned the name there. When PolyGram took over British Decca in 1980, the vinyl factories were shut down, and production transferred to Holland. US London's ads in early 80's issues of the Schwann catalogue trumpeted the fact that these were made in the Netherlands, and the LDR 70000 series was definitely US London (and probably Canada too). UK and Europe release for this would have been on Decca.
