Fokeman 19th Feb 2017		The 1908 release leaflet is part of a 4-page (one sheet folded) insert, for the most part found stapled in the middle of the book. Each Leader LP in this (grey) series had a large multi-page booklet in the middle of a gatefold cover with the record slotting into an opening at the inside back of the cover.



Fokeman 18th Feb 2017		First issue on dark blue label. Later issue available on turquoise label. When I say later issue, they would have been pressed in fairly small quantities and there might not have been a huge difference in time between two issues.
