Notes Margaret Whiting has the type of singing voice that genuinely adds the feel of country music regardless of any type of music that Ms. Whiting performs. When Ms. Whiting started to sing country music, she with Jimmy Wakely popularized a country tune called "Slippin' Around" to the level where this tune had sold almost four million copies in 1949. Furthermore, Ms. Whiting had popularized "The Wheel Of Hurt" of which this tune had reached the best thirty songs of the Billboard hit parades in 1966. This London disc of 33 rpm is the final United States disc that was both monaurally and stereofonically issued.
