Looks like the original cover (although it says Chess LP on front cover, and Argo Lp on the reverse). But as the label says "A Division of All Platinum Record Group" this must be a much later re-release.
This is a European bootleg from around 1985 or so. And it has "Heaven" replaced with "Hot Dog", unlike the official All Platinum pressing from the 1970s.
As mentioned in the Notes, the All-Platinum pressing is a re-issue, but it has the same catalog # as the original. It also uses the original cover art/liner notes, the only difference is that the original front cover was black & yellow, where the re-issue is black & white. The cover is full of typos. Dale was on Checker, which is what this LP should've been issued on, yet the label & front cover say Chess. The back cover says Argo. A number of the earlier LPs from the Chess stable of labels were rife with typos also.
