Neil Forbes 24th Jan 2015		There was a TV documentary some years back about Majestic Products/K-Tel, it dealt with the records side of the business. Apparently when they started issuing records, they(Majestic) were not seeking the proper copyright clearances(licences) from the companies whose product they used(naughty, naughty!). It is likely for this reason that CBS through their Columbia Special Products division, stepped in to ensure proper clearances were obtained before any of these types of albums were issued in the future. And that's the reason why all those Majestic LPs had the CBS logo on the left side and CBS Special Products around the top(Australia/NZ, UK and elsewhere) and Columbia Special Products(USA/Canada).

Neil Forbes 24th Jan 2015		The K-Tels went for roughly the same price here in Australia about the same time. But are we talking $2, Australian or $2 American? Still the label and cover could've been a shade better than what we've seen here. Meanwhile Record Collector's scratching his head, trying to figure the album out.

Neil Forbes 24th Jan 2015		Gotta say the label's a bit "ordinary"! No effort made there to give a professional finish. The back cover's nothing to write home about either. The contents look like they range from 1965 to 1968, B8 and B10 look to be the newest of the tracks on the set, and because it's 24 tracks, I'd expect the tracks have been shortened to fit.
