Despite the fact that these A & M labels appear to be stock copies, this entire package was actually a promotional disc of 33.33 rpm of the Singer Company. This million dollar sampler LP, which was the first disc of 33.33 rpm that was of the A & M special product series, contains popular tunes, such as Day Tripper, Strangers In The Night and Dominique, that were performed exclusively by popular artists, for example, Herb Alpert, the Sandpipers and the Baja Marimba Band of the A & M record label. Furthermore, all these tunes were previously issued by means of earlier A & M discs of 33.33 rpm.

Though neither the mono nor sterefonic discs of this LP had sold well, such near-mint condition discs can still be purchased for $10 or even less than $1 due to the fact that few record collectors want this disc of 33.33 rpm.
