Fokeman 24th Jan 2016		On this copy of the record it had a white card sleeve with black fabric tape down the sides. Front cover is a screen printed design (a hand lithographed cover) by Frank Stevens. This particular copy had the design in green ink, although others exist with a black sleeve (à la Folkways) with a white card square with black ink design screen printed cover. Later issues also had black vinyl whereas the originals were on red vinyl.
Fokeman 24th Jan 2016		All early copies were produced on Red Vinyl and with an error in the catalogue number. I'm fairly sure it was meant to be LFS-1201 (Not Louisiana Society of Folklore, but Louisiana Folklore Society!). Later issues were given LFS A-1 as a catalogue number.
Fokeman 24th Jan 2016		It should perhaps be noted that track 14 (B4) is unbearably out of tune with the band and the singer should have been replaced before the recording was made (my own opinion!)
