 This LP came with a sheet of stamps that are replicated on the front cover.

 As I see it, this is a release based on a longing to have Welcome To My World and I'm Gonna Change Everything on one LP with his other hits. His widow Mary recognized how some songs were scattered around LPs and this was to help djs locate them. Welcome was on Hits V2, Change was on Hits V3, and it's all too much trouble.
It says remastered. What's that about? That word always worries me.
