This is a red vinyl promo album. Must be from the early `60's, but, maybe the Deltas will give a clue: Side 1: 2599. Side 2: 2599-x.
Each track on the record is given a fairly long introduction by Spike Jones, who had moved over to Liberty by this time.
The last track is only a few seconds long and is not listed on the labels at all.

edlongus SUBS 14th Mar 2021		Cover scans and label scans added. Front and back covers show album name as "THIS IS STEЯEO". There's also (quote) 'Guest appearances by DAVID SEVILLE and THE CHIPMUNKS Alvin, Theodore and Simon'. With respect 2 the 'Notes' section, the red vinyl version was probably promo only, but there was a regular black vinyl stock copy release (like mines). This album is reviewed on Page 40 of the 04 July 1960 issue of Billboard Magazine under "Special Merit Spotlights" (they gave the album 3 out of 4 stars). I'm guessing a release date of June 1960 would be appropriate?!? ☺
