PhilMH 13th Apr 2016		Hi Lee, this catalogue number entered the Australian album chart the week of 11 December 1972, so I have entered 1972 as the release year. It was originally released by Astor, which was absorbed into PolyGram in 1981/82,so this pressing would date from then (this MCA label design dates from 1980). This is a CBS Australia pressing because of the 6-digit MX numbers, but although it says "Australasia", it's probably not a NZ issue, because Discogs also has this NZ issue showing the PolyGram TV Merchandising Division wording along with "Made in New Zealand by a registered user of the trademark", though there are no images. Those 1973 Australian issues in Discogs look to be correct, because of the new black/rainbow label design that was adopted internationally by MCA in 1973; the label prior to that would have been the old arrowhead logo on the left pointing into a mulitcoloured hexagon around the centre hole.



Lee Wrecker 13th Apr 2016		Discogs lists 1973 as original release date for this cat# but this is one of the represses using this number. Most likely 1977 - 1980 but because I'm not sure on whether it was originally issued in '72 os '73 I've left the date blank. Hopefully, Phil can come along and enter the correct date. Could also be a dual citizen but not sure on that either.
