Record is ABC Peacock pressing with catalogue number PLP-59209, dating from the album's original 1974 release.
Cover has label as MCA Records, with catalogue number PLP-59209, printed circa 1979 after MCA's acquisition of ABC, but with additional catalogue number MCA-28088 stamped in gold on the front cover; the latter stems from MCA'a 1981 and later renumberings of their and ABC's back catalogues.

PhilMH 4th Jan 2014		My favourite Sensational Nightingales album, in a mostly gentler country-gospel style than their 1950's and 1960's Peacock sides, with most of the songs written and sung by Charles Johnson. "My Home" was covered by The Persuasions (as "Building A Home"), as were a couple more songs by this group. This album also has the best version of "Lift Every Voice And Sing", the unofficial "black national anthem". Awkward combination of labels and catalogue numbers here! MCA's reissues of ABC-group material exist in different combinations - ABC pressings inside MCA covers (like this one), and with a newer catalogue number stamped on the front; MCA pressings inside ABC covers (or even older Peacock covers), again with newer numbers stamped on the front; rejoice if you get a copy that has same label and catalogue number everywhere!
