YankeeDisc SUBS 8th Sep 2016		Review *I Think You Know* - track A2 ....I remember this pretty little tune from '81, never a single or a 12" release, but a turntable hit with the jocks. Purposeful slap-bass intro, plus twin guitars filling out left and right, then acres of ARP Odyssey providing the "hook" chord, and fills...... An earnest double-tracked vocal lead by Howard Huntsberry, with backing by co-members Deborah Hunter and Isaac Suthers, and an array of top LA musicians such as Paulinho Da Costa, James Gadson, Cedric Martin, Donald Myrick, Greg Poree, Melvin "Wah Wah" Ragin, David T. Walker, etc. put it all together. Nice to hear this track again after a 20+ year hiatus.....
