 Richard Dimbleby born on Sunday May 25th 1913 in Richmond Surrey,He joined The BBC in 1936 as The News Reporter.

He Covered The General Elections,The Budgets,The State Funeral of Sir Winston Churchill best known for Panorama at Lime Grove Studios London,The Home of Tonight and Grandstand.

Sadly on Wednesday December 22nd 1965,Richard Dimbleby died in London at the age of 52 years.

The Memories of the late Richard Dimbleby for The BBC-tv-Radio 1913-1965.
