singlephile 14th Sep 2024		The Notes above mention the "original version" of "Softly Whispering I Love You". Although Brian Keith was, by all accounts, the lead vocalist on The Congregation's hit version (on which the "Hot Hits 9" version was based), it was not the original, strictly speaking. David And Jonathan had recorded it prior to The Congregation.
