Oh yes, didn't notice that the insert is not directly relevant, maybe the image should be hidden

I suppose the reasoning still holds when it comes to the date - the concert must have been 1974 or 1985, but it's possible the LP was a year or two before.

Whoops my mistake regarding insert, the gentleman who gave me this LP said he bought it at the concert shown on the insert. The blue labels are just hand typed and stuck on the white record label.

here I am avoiding work again! The insert is for a different church altogether? Framlingham has website, their organ was rebuilt in 1970 see here

It's after 1966, as a rebuild of the organ is mention as having happened then.

July 31 fell on a Wednesday in 1968, 1974 and 1985 (not 1980 as it was a leap year, and Wednesday was jumped).

The artist Keith Pilling started publishing drawings around 1971, and the organist was born 1946, and by the time this record came out, he'd recorded for the BBC and ITA.

So - I think 1968 is too early, so that leaves 1974 or 1985. I'd guess the latter, judging by the labels. They just don't look like 1970s labels - too clean and clear.

Can we make a guess at the year? Possibly1963 or 1974 from the dates on the programme
