Notes

Topic Records issued Volumes 1 & 3 of this Folkways series. For whatever reason the Vol 2 also destined to be released by Topic (we have here the Topic booklet for 12T 54) was dropped by Topic and hence Volume 2 was issued in the UK on Melodisc.

The Melodisc issue simply printed stickers which were put over the Topic details on the booklet originally printed by Folkways on the same model as their own US issue.
