The tracks here were recorded in February and April of 1963, but released in the States early the following year, and then over here about 6 months later. But when these tracks were recorded, Motown had not yet developed it's distinctive backing sound known as the Motown sound, which resulted in Motown finally exploding, so little of that actual Motown sound was evident here.
But they recorded 7 other tracks, 6 of them during the same sessions, and the seventh a bit later which remained unreleased, but appeared as bonus tracks on the CD reissue. I suspect you have heard the tracks on the original album, so I have uploaded the remainder.
