Can't agree about the timeline on which inner sleeves came first. They all were printed at the same time. The jackets were printed in different plants, and somehow the track orders did not match. This album did not sell enough to warrant a reissue. It just depended on where the album was shipped from to determine whether it had a paper or plastic sleeve and a correct or incorrect tracklist on the jacket. The 2-sided sheet is just a unicorn... That thing is hard to find
Original copies of this album featured a paper sleeve with credits and song lyrics. Later copies featured a clear, plastic sleeve with album credits and a separate paper lyric sheet. Later, the lyric sheet was omitted.
Original copies of this album listed the correct songs in the correct order on the back cover. Later copies listed the "The Oath" in an incorrect position and omitted "Escape From The Island" on the back cover.
