Each track is a commercial 4 VISTA and a studio music recording. First track contains the song "She Ain't No Good" originally credited 2 Sean and The Brandywines, the next track has the song "Mumbles" originally credit 2 The Oscar Peterson Trio/Vocal by Clark Terry, and the song on track 3 is The Lovin' Spoonful's "Didn't Want To Have To Do It".
