Notes

A King recording.
I have not listened to the album again before listing it. So I may have attributed too many lead vocals to Jackie Wilson. Perhaps someone can confirm or correct my entries. The liner notes do not offer much help.

Sorry if I caused you offence but it is not possible to contact members regarding corrections but as you have done it is open to anyone to disagree and put their point of view.

Ember records and Ember International are the same firm, there are a lot of examples on 45cat.

That was fast action, indeed. However, the fact still remains that my copy, which is lying in front of me, shows the "Ember International Ltd." logo. It is completely different in style and colour from the Ember logo. It is a triangle containing the words "Ember recods", and "INTERNATIONAL", which is bent - for want of a better word - like a sausage, with the ends pointing downwards. Beneath it stand the letters "LTD". The actual labels are golden with the upper half in red. Writing in the golden area is in red, in the red area golden. The same logo is to be found on the cover of the album in black and white (on the front, and , twice, on the back).
I am sorry I cannot scan albums, but I think it is always good to contact the owner of an item if there is need for confirmation or correction.

other ember nr5000-series lps are 33catted under the simple "ember" label; in the absence of confirmation of an actual "ember international" label, should this not be moved thither, and "ember international" closed?
