This was also available with the same record and label with another completely different sleeve. Cover was a plain green with shamrock image and the back was plain green too with pale green text. Track listing was exactly the same on the sleeve as the first issue. This second sleeve was then pasted over and used as the cover for the next LP by the band OBL 120 (possibly named Shamrog 2 - but not on the old sleeve or new label).
