None of the versions of "Mrs. Robinson" on this LP were issued as a single or included on Simon & Garfunkel's Bookends album; in fact, all versions of the duo's tunes recorded for this LP were specifically for the film and this soundtrack.
That's because Pitman did the type layout for this LP to start with, and shipped the label copy film to their two other plants (and presumably to Canada too). Terre Haute's cool grey was even darker than either Pitman's or Santa Maria's Masterworks labels . . . Pitman would appear, in terms of lightness or darkness of tint, to have been in-between the two other plants.
I presume Columbia by this time was using Westrex 3D stereo cutters, replacing the earlier models . . .
...added 8-1/2"x11" insert that I would suppose be used when the Mono copies were phased out...interestingly it's dated 1967!....John (My Pitman copy has the exact same type layout as the Santa maria label shown...the Greyness of the label is much, much darker though)
