 Thanks wax_museum that makes sense and matches with the UK release on this site. I'll put it in thanks for explaining why there seems to be a year difference.

 I think 1966 is correct. Just a guess really, Seems they switched to Decca by the beginning of 66 & it seems common for the old label to bring out a compilation to ride on the back of the newly released stuff.

 The release date on this cat# and label combination vary the linked parent UK release is listed as 1965 but is listed as 1966 here on 45Worlds and it was released in both years according to Discogs but they have the info on this release all wrong. So I have left the date blank. The issue I have uploaded is a 1970 reissue, The gold sticker with Captain Kook (sic) celebrates 200 years since the Kook landed on our shores (1770-1970) and states this is an Australian production.
I've labelled all pics as 1970 except the cover (I forgot) but the sticker is a dead give away.
So the UK release and this one hail from either 1965 or 1966 but I don't which is correct. If you know the answer just add it using the add missing information button.

Fantastic to here all of these songs in Mono for the first time where's my "Bring Back Mono" T shirt?
