Issued to employees of the CBS plant in Pitman, NJ in commemoration of the plant's 20th anniversary (it opened on a limited basis on 29 Oct 1960, and had its "grand opening" on 17 May 1961) and not for the general public.
Comes with 16-page booklet, "Pitman Record," about plant's history and interviews with key staff and employees.

Collectible in some corners for featuring snippets of songs by Bob Dylan, Pink Floyd, Paul McCartney, Elvis Costello, and Bruce Springsteen.

Also issued as a picture disc.
