no date on lp or printed card sleeve, mfd by wood, rozelaar, front cover displaying dancers michel panaieff, geraldine farray, vanya mishvek and victor moreno of the panaieff ballet concerto, unattributed liner-notes on back which still bears the once-upon-a-time peelable shop price label of "hadwins of finkle street, kendal • tel.86." (!) (the price: 38/-)

label & sleeve announcement of "full dimensional sound" recording does not indicate a stereophonic record, but a high fidelity monophonic record. the hollywood bowl is blurbed as "the world's largest natural amphitheater", but the recording is not stated to have been made there in the open air.
