This LP consists of six songs of the Four Seasons and six songs of the Beach Boys, which are performed by the Andrew Oldham Orchestra. East refers to the Four Seasons because they are of the Atlantic (East) coast and West refers to the Beach Boys because they are of the Pacific (West) coast. When the CD of this disc was released decades later, two tracks, which were Rag Doll and the theme of The Dick Van Dyke program were added to this CD format of this LP.
