Notes

Outer cover is a cotton sack/bag. Inner cover isn't a normal, glued album cover, instead it's a folded, unglued cover of regular album cover thickness with a folded flap at the bottom 2 help hold the record inside the cloth bag. There was no paper inner sleeve in my promo copy.
