Vinyl Album
Notes Songs and readings of prurient and scatological material credited to famous figures in history, such as Abraham Lincoln, Benjamin Franklin, Kipling and others. The origins of this record are shrouded in conflicting and unverifiable information. Allegedly it was recorded in 1968, by Win Strake and members of The Norman Luboff Choir, it was supposedly unreleased due to the nature of the material. Sources indicate it was finally released in Canada in 1970, even though P.I.P. is a US based label, part of Pickwick International. Other sources indicate release dates of 1969 and 1971. Artists and material sources are not credited on the album or gatefold sleeve other than vague references in the liner notes written by Studs Terkel Images
