Quad5point1 23rd Nov 2019		@Hawkmarty, Found this in a charity shop. 1st Press black & gold labels, MT Taxcode 1M+1M mothers and original price on the back of 30/11d. All scans added, my original image 1268149 can now be deleted. The rear of the cover on my copy is the same as yours but has the printer credits on the bottom
