sheepdip1234 SUBS ● 6th Jun 2016		I own the German pressing of this album (now uploaded - Aug, 2018) and couldn't agree more. The sound is far superior to the CD version (which I owned but sold). I have always said and always will that vinyl sounds much better than any CD and this album is solid proof of that.



Magic Marmalade 4th Jun 2016		Review Yet another astonishing sounding Polydor vinyl! There is no doubt in my mind now that these chaps made the best vinyl of the eighties (at least). ...So if you see a title on Polydor from this period and wonder how it will sound, the answer is: Brilliant. Immaculate. Broad. Incredibly Detailed. Full. Weighty. Perfect Separation and Distinction of Instrumentation. Perfect. An excellent album to show all this off too... With those brilliant Jean Michel Jarre tunes presented "live". I put the "Live" in quotes in the first instance because it sounds more like a studio album in it's immediacy, and the way they recorded it, and with the very polite and attentive Chinese audience who do not make a peep throughout, except some light applause at the appointed moments and only for a reasonably short duration each time. It is punctuated with some moments of spoken word in Chinese (In addition to the odd introduction) too. But largely sounding like a (to that point in his career) studio re-recorded greatest hits compilation, plus the tunes that at that time were new material. 3 people found this review helpful. ✔︎ Helpful Review?
