I've since done some internet research and it does look like Marti Webb has sides 1&2 to herself. Sides 3&4 are mainly orchestral with only one song. The songs were composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Don Black and all of the others (orchestral) by A.L.W. by himself. So with this in mind, I think we should go with Marti Webb, for Sides 1&2 and {no artist listed} for sides 3&4. Change the writer credits for sides 3&4. If you want to delete it, I'll re-enter it or you can make the corrections as a moderator.
Hmm. Well from the labels, it looks like sides one and two are credited to Marti Webb.
Sides 3 and 4 would most likely be [no artist listed].
I'm far from convinced though.
Anyone else got any thoughts?
Or to save any cocking around we could just credit the whole lot to ALW...
My German "Variations" LP is credited to him, even though he doesn't actually perform on the record (actually, having checked, he does - but he's only an "additional musician").
MODS Please have a look at this one for me as I was not too sure of how to enter it on the database. I have several more albums similar to this - Jesus Christ Superstar, Hair, Evita etc. I will hold back on these until I get some feedback on this - Thanks
