This charted in Sweden on 03 November 1978 peaking at #29 and only charting for 2 weeks. His previous album FRANSKA KORT from 1976 had reached #3 in a 22 week chart run. Before that UPPTÅG from 1974 spent 4 weeks at #1 in a 19 week run. His second album TED from 1973 rose to #3 in a 32 week chart stay. His debut album UNDRINGAR charted 06 June 1972 spending 10 weeks at #1 in a 24 week chart run. At entry date of that album he was 16 years and a few months old. All four members of future band ABBA sang backing vocals on a number of his songs. Before ABBA came along he was Polar Music's biggest seller apparently. An appearance on the long version of the 1979 TV special ABBA IN SWITZERLAND and publicity as Sweden's Eurovision entrant shortly thereafter failed to catapult him to International success. Before he became a singer he was a successful tennis player rubbing shoulders with a young Bjorn Borg. The test pressing uploaded here in the dead wax contains the handwritten matrix numbers POLS-284-A and POLS-284-B on respective sides as well as the machine stamped MASTERED BY CAPITOL and F 2 and GP1 1 and GP1 2 on respective sides and the hand written signature Wally.
