-- Originally issued in July 1969 as a promotional "re-introduction" to The Kinks as copies (with stock labels) were sent out this month.
-- A copy of this Lp was also included in the "God Save The Kinks" promotional box-set. (very rare!)
-- Copies of this Lp were available through Mail-order via magazine ads in August 1969 (for only two dollars!).
-- The song "Berkeley Mews" was unique to this Lp until it turned up as the B-side of the UK issue of "Lola" (it was originally scheduled to appear on an unreleased US Lp "Four More Respected Gentlemen" RS 6309/ Nov. 1968)

smashitup 11th Jul 2020		In 1977 a DJ came into our store (Blue Meannie in El Cajon, Ca.) with a box of 24 of these LPs. Said he found them in a back room at the station he worked at. I don't remember the station. He wanted a buck apiece for them. We gladly paid him his asking price. Ended up selling or trading them in Europe & England in about 6 months. Wish I had kept one for myself. Mitch
