This was the fifth Reprise disc of 33.33 rpm that Mr. Sinatra had issued. Even though Mr. Sinatra had issued the majority of his Reprise recordings by means of the 1000 series of catalog numbers, he also issued some recordings of the Reprise discs by means of the 6000 series of catalog numbers. When Mr. Sinatra owned Reprise records, he indicated the stereo discs by utilizing the # 9 after the letter R. For example, the stereofonic issue of Sinatra And Swingin' Brass was Reprise R9-1005. After Mr. Sinatra sold Reprise records to Warner Brothers records in late 1963, Warner Brothers indicated the stereofonic discs by utilizing the letter S after the letter R. Furthermore, Warner Brothers utilized the letter F to indicate the Frank Sinatra series (1000) catalog numbers and continued to use the letter R to indicate the popular series (6000) catalog numbers.
