Focus B 1st Oct 2022		It wasn't uncommon for Kinney to have used the earlier PYE masters for their re-issues. I have an original Pye pressed and Kinney re-issue of Mason Williams ' Long Time Blues/Classical Gas 45 for example. I was amazed to find exactly the same Pye masters were utilised for both sides, the re-issue having an added K matrix too of course.



Magic Marmalade 1st Oct 2022		Not being present in the sixties, on account of my extreme youth :)... ...When you grow up hearing about what the late sixties were all about second hand, the stereotypical notions I have in my head of those times are exactly what this album sounds like! It's great! I found a later press / issue with the brown labels and non-flip back sleeve t'other day (still a very nice laminated sleeve) with K 44069 cat number, which I will be adding to site sometime next week... ...Couple of points though, mine has a lyric sheet with this RSLP cat number on it, which I assume (obviously, some might say) came with this first issue too (?), but I ask, as because, as well as the K cat number, it has the RSLP number in the deadwax.



carryonsidney 16th Jun 2018		A quick run round the web fails to find any Mono versions of this album. Although Reprise were still issuing Stereo + Mono albums at this time. Probably is a mistake in RC.



ady_lister 16th Jun 2018		Record Collector Price Guide says there's a Mono of this RLP 6340 - That's gotta be a mistake hasn't it?
