"Latin"??? Very odd! And, re pudgym's comment from 2016, that 23-CD set didn't have any licensed material, so nothing from Teenage, Mark-X, Gone, Cindy, Atlantic, Wand or United Artists either, all of which plus the Motown tracks would have added at least another five CDs to the set, so Sony quite reasonably decided to restrict the box to the recordings that they own; they probably should have included the two Isley-Jasper-Isley albums though, as they were issued via CBS.
For some questionable (I'm being polite here) reason, these are the tracks which were not leased to Legacy Records for the 23 CD release of the Isley Bros.' 1959-1983 records.
This is really a "Best Of The Motown Years" collection from The Isley Brothers, issued by Motown with a title calculated to cash in on the interest they were generating at the time with their multi-million selling post-Motown single "It's Your Thing" and its associated L.P. "It's Our Thing".
