Notes

In essence this is a re-release of the "Four Tops Now" album MS-675 issued two years earlier, in 1969.

On the newly re-designed front and back cover sleeves and on the spine, the cat. no. is now printed as M675L, with the group's name given as "The Four Tops".

An extended mono-mix version of the title track was released as a two part single on August 10 1971 in the U.S.A. to some success in both the Pop and R&B charts. This revamped version of "Now" was released in the late summer / early fall of '71 to cash in on the chart interest shown in that released 45.

MacArthur Park, named for General Douglas A. MacArthur is located in the Westlake neighborhood area of Los Angeles and the new front cover shows the heads of the four group members superimposed over a sign bearing the park's name at the entrance.

On the back of the album sleeve, the original liner notes by Chester Higgins have been removed and replaced by a new group colour photograph showing the four members precariously standing on some rocks at the side of a lake in the park.

The rear cover credits the photograph to Barry Feinstein (Camouflage Productions) with Art Direction by Andy Moundros, and Graphic Supervision by Tom Schlesinger.

The song publishers are credited as follows:
