Vinylville 23rd Mar 2019		That's a lot to explain in a comment here but Wikipedia does have comprehensive entries regarding licencing, restrictions, etc. for the major clubs existing since 1955.



PaythePiper SUBS 22nd Mar 2019		How were club pressing purchased through catalogs? A Capitol Club Catalog for an MGM release? Those you would find on magazines Buy 10 for a couple of bucks? Then they had you hooked. And were they available at the same time as the original pressings or were they later pressings of later years?
