The Continuing Saga ..... is a Thin Lizzy compilation album. Due to the success of the first ''Remembering Part I'', Decca Records decided to release a second, tracing back through the band's early material. The majority of the tracks come from the band's first three albums
''Thin Lizzy'', ''Shades Of A Blue Orphanage'' and ''Vagabonds Of The Western World'',
although some tracks are taken from the band's EP ''New Day Remembering Part II'' and have never previously been released on any other album

All tracks were originally recorded between the years 1971 - 1974. Remixes and alterations were recorded at No.2 Studio, Decca, West Hampstead, Christmas '77. The album was conceived and co-ordinated by Frank Rodgers.
