Yes i'm pretty sure the original 67 issue was on Allegro. It would be great if you could ad a note as well,in the description field for the Pink Floyd reissue.cheers.
I had no idea it WAS a 1971 re-issue, as the (c) date on the label is the only indicator - and that says 1967. Though I note now (hadn't noticed before) that there is a reference to an original issue on the back (looks like an Allegro catalogue number). If you are sure this is 1971 then I will change the date and add a note of explanation.
Regards the Pink Floyd matter - that is a different issue. In the case of that record, the catalogue number and label has remained the same, so we would correctly put the various issues [that fit the same cat no] on the same page. However a note should perhaps be added to your scans to identify them properly. A reissue on a different label would warrant a new entry of course.
nboldock,Unless it is mentioned in the description(the fact that this is the 71 reissue),when someone puts the original up,it could cause confusion.Do you not think it wise to ask people (if they definitely know that the album they are putting on is a reissue),to mention it in the description field(not the notes) to avoid later confusion. My case in point being Pink Floyds SCX 6157 which i put on,i know this is definitely the 1970 reissue, but my scans are merged amongst two 1967 original label scans, and are not identified as the reissue, along with the back cover, thoughts?.
