An6y66 6th Apr 2019		Added later EMI rim label and just noticed my Gramophone rim is a variant to Harrisgame's image, with the track listing laid out differently. Most noticeably "Speech by Roy..." across the bottom line on side 1 and "Manhattan Rumble.." over one line not two on side 2.



Klepsie 22nd May 2017		Later pressings have "EMI Records" rim text rather than "The Gramophone Company".



Magic Marmalade 22nd Sep 2016		Ah, I see... it's just I know how people love their Harvest labels "Unboxed", it just seemed this was early enough to have had a no box version. But I see now that it was 1970 ish that the box began to appear. (You watch, someone will upload an unboxed scan now, and completely throw that idea out of the window :)



An6y66 21st Sep 2016		I don't think, so if you look at the other 1971 Harvest LPs on the site the previous 6 or 7 albums all have EMI boxes. Holland and German issues were still missing the box though.

harrisgame 21st Jun 2014		adding image - Lyric insert (rare or not) somewhere I read that it was only a limited edition of this insert. also its "EMI/HARVEST Records-advert" innersleeve. I have one copy without insert and white innersleeve with "Made In England" & pat.no. Both my copy have same Matrix No. but different pressing No. SHVL 797 A - 1U R 1 SHVL 797 B -1U V 1 SHVL 797 A - 1U VV 2 SHVL 797 B - 1U HV 1



Pridesale 19th Oct 2013		I have a feeling this was one in the bunch of LPs I got from the rubbish pile in at the car boot in the summer. As no LP World then , and no space to store , it did end up ( with 5 other ELO LPs ) at a charity shop near me.



An6y66 18th Oct 2013		On my copy of this the inner sleeve has an old newspaper cutout. Thought i scan it in before it completely disintegrates. mods feel free to hide it. oh and also note the fact Bev Bevan has been called Roy Bevan here.
