Somehow I missed Lee's question about this in 2017. Anyway, UK release was October 1972 according to Decca catalogues in my possession, but Australian release may not have been until early 1973, David Kent's Australian Chart Book 1970-1992 shows this charting the week of 19th February 1973. Michael de Looper's EMI listing just says 1972, and it's missing from his PolyGram listing - I suspect mid-1981 or so for the local PolyGram release, I seem to recall that Decca's transfer to PolyGram here was about 18 months later than the UK.

Lee Wrecker, Looks possibly first stones through PhonoGram(PolyGram) issue
And mine possibly last EMI Decca issue.

Most likely 1972 but I'm not 100% on that for a release date. Are you there Phil??
