 The back cover group photo and innersleeve photo of the gloved hand holding the portable TV also differ from both the British and American releases. In fact, the gloved/TV picture has two variations! (One version has a TV with a blank screen, the other has a TV with an image of Elvis on the screen.) The label text also has two versions, with and without the "Distributed by Phonogram" statement.

 This version from Sweden has a third front cover. The two linked releases pictured below are the common versions. This Swedish version has Elvis with his left hand on the tripod and his right hand on the adjustment rod.
