 ... and the sleeve notes show the artists should be "Various Steam Locomotives" :)
but we now have a formal designation for such 'artists'

 :-) - well, i s'pose there's a case to be made for claiming the footplate crews were the artists - but i'm not convinced there is any formal compositions involved, for composers to be assigned to the tracks: each piece is an improvisation in steam-powered traction, shirley?
