 My guess is that this L.P. was released around June/July 1966 when The Isley Brothers' second Tamla 45 "Take Some Time Out For Love" was on the charts (it reached #66 on the Hot 100).

There are label scans etc. of "Take Some Time Out For Love" here at 45cat.

That would make this some kind of weird "cash in" L.P., which is strange as it is really a "Best-of-the-Scepter-Years" compilation and includes their 1962 smash "Twist And Shout" ...
