 I think EMI reached an all time low with the cover design on this album. It looks like they gave a photo of Smokey to a four year old and asked them to splash some colors on it. Once again, Motown in the States had the better idea and simply used a much better previously used cover and just changed the title to 'Tears of a Clown'.

 There is one track that really should've been in this set, Doggone Right it should!

 This is essentially an expanded version of their then current US LP "A Pocket Full Of Miracles" (Tamla 306), with two added tracks .. "Tears Of A Clown", which had been a UK #1 the previous summer, and "(Come 'Round Here) I'm The One You Need", a track from 1966 which was re-released in The UK in January 1971 and went to #13.
