{Images #2409371 & 2409372} is Columbia Terre Haute. Not on this site yet is the Pitman variant which, in the interim, can be seen over here (never mind Monarch's own variant). Frankly, after seeing this, I'll take the Pitman any day . . .
And as to when this came out: Don't forget, there was often a gap between when an album was released and when Billboard and the other two publications reviewed it, let alone when it began charting.
I think this must have come out in January 1969 as it debuted on both the Billboard "Pop" and "R&B" charts on 25th January 1969. Mr Taylor was very hot at the time with the title track, which had gone Top 5 "Pop" and #1 "R&B" so I imagine it would have charted within a fortnight of release.
