A UK-Sun Release of old session-recordings combined with interviews by Sam Phillips, Elvis, Jay Thompson, Charlie Walker. Released in the US and the UK. The UK-Sun LP was pressed through PYE-Records. The Record-Company RCA-Victor sued Shelby Singleton, because he hadn´the right to release that recordings. He had to pay 45000 Dollars and he withdraw that record from the market. Shelby Singleton owned the alternative mixes of Elvis Presleys early recordings. RCA bought the final-mixes from Sam Phillips.
