I discovered this band through New York radio. "Seven Days Too Long" was heard on WLIR or more likely WNEW-FM. It sounds like something would play on Vin Scelsa's show as it segues nicely into a Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes song. I remember hearing "Geno" too, but less frequently.
Yep -- was issued in the USA. It would also seem that EMI did nothing whatsoever to promote it as I can found no chart ranking for it. Even Dance Stance (aka Burn it Down) didn't get released as a single. IMHO - I can just imagine the pushers and execs at the Capitol Tower holding their noses at releasing it. A shame cause it is really great -- Burn it Down just rips your speakers to shreds.
I also find it curious that way some musicos who like to look trendy now look upon it with great fondness.
